Richview offers lakefront cottage life where you can enjoy the outdoors to its fullest. With less than a two-hour drive from Toronto, located in Muskoka, this is an ideal property for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, star gazing and relaxing by the beach.

Morrison Lake

With a typical westerly wind, you’ll find that the bay in which Richview is in remains usually calm. Fishing on the lake is good, with large and small mouth bass, perch, muskie, cat fish and pike. Catch and release is the best fishing practice. Fishing licenses and bait can be obtained from the outfitter stores on the highway. You are welcome to bring your own boat, there's room to tie up at the dock. The boat launch is at the end of North Morrison Lake Road, less than 1 km from the cottage.

The cottage is on a private tree-lined lot, just under an acre in size, with 110 feet of lake front. The property has a large level area in front of the cottage that leads to a sandy beach and shallow waterfront – great for children to play and be safe.

The cottage faces east, with sunny mornings and sun on the dock and deck until late afternoon. There is an outdoor firepit and horseshoe pit to enjoy. Swimming or fishing from the dock is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Also included with the cottage are 3 kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat – a great way to see and enjoy the lake!
